Unfortunately because of lightning near the field games have been called. We have back up fields now that will work during rain. But they don't prevent lightning.

Safety is of up most importance.

Will we be making these rained out games up with some double headers?

I can't speak for the league.
However we pay for a 10 game season.

10 games + playoffs

I know that, but in the past we have not got all 10 games. Besides, I think we would rather play double headers anyway!

Well I haven't played in the league for awhile. I'd probably have a little bit of a problem with not playing a full 10+playoff schedule when that's what we pay for.

I agree in that I'd rather play the games then receive a refund. I think we'd all rather play. Double headers and or a Saturday if we had to.

In the past we let it slide....we should not do that this year. I think we can get the games played; if not then no one should take offense when the conversation turns to refunding...so far if you've missed out on 2 games that's 20% of the season....it's a fair question to ask IF we don't get the games played.

As for now, let's see how the scheduling goes and hopefully we hear some communication from the league saying all 10 regular season games are going to get played.

I would not be opposed to the season being extended because as of now, our original qb got hurt. Then our QB now has been tearing it up, and his back up are both going to be gone that weekend .

Yeah I don't want our money, I know the league will do their best to get us 9 or 10 games. Playing Saturday would be fine with us but I know it's not convenient for everyone.
