I was trying to look at the league rules on the League Office Page and the page was not opening up properly. Any help??

Mine shows up weird too in both IE and Chrome. Basically it just shows up as a big black box with no information or links.

I fixed the main problem, thanks for letting us know about it. You should be able to see the League rules now.
There is still an issue with the "Captains Responsibilities" link I think, which I will look into later.
