Capital Punishment is a solid team. Me and Nick were just talking about it. If you took Nick and had him qb Capital Punishment, they would instantly become the top team in the league. They definitely have a good collection of athletes, they've improved on D, and just need a leader/playmaker on O and they'd be solid.
