Obviously we try to limit our penalties and mistakes as much as possible.

But when our linemen are getting trucked, our receivers dragged down on routes, their receivers getting their flags pulled well short of the endzone and being called for TD's... and those calls are being missed because there is only ONE ref, that is out of our control.

And then you move on to poor attitudes.

I mean, In one game someone on the other team raised concerns about something in the game and Marcus said "shut up man, I'm the ref, only your captain can talk to me". In which case the guy said "I'm the captain, and I am talking to you" and Marcus just told him to shut up again.

Hence the idea for this post.
