It used to be that Intermediate B/Recreation teams wouldn't even think to post on this board because they were in the lowest division...with all the other bad teams. I don't have a problem with Int B posting here but this is weak. Garret has officiated many of our games and has always done a decent job. A losing team's go to move is to blame officiating. Or in your case blame refs, then say it wasn't their fault, and proceed to bring up poor officiating again and again. Your trash talk game is weak.

Boom! Roasted! I talked to a guy on ABD during the game and he said nothing about the refs... But at that point you were only down by 6. Garrett is a great ref for this league, him and his bro did a fine job yesterday in our A games. This is coming from a guy who racked up his first personal foul every yesterday too!

Yea that was me, I don't understand why some of my team needs to blame the refs, they did a good job in my opinion, it's a tough job. We just got out played and pup N suds deserved to win. Congrats to them

You guys are good at Flag Football, but you sure as hell can't read.

I've stated twice now that the officiating was not the cause of our loss. We lost the championship, because we got outplayed by PnS. That much is obvious. As we are expected to pay them $20 an hour/game, I think I am perfectly within reason to place judgment on their performance. There are refs I've never had issues with, ones that I've bitched about in the heat of the moment about a call or two but generally still feel do a good job, and then ones that I've always felt have officiated poorly.

I honestly don't think zip up hoody guy (Garret?) has officiated many of our games, but he left quite a bit to be desired -- particularly in how he spots the ball and his focus. The other guy (can never remember his game) I have always felt was a very poor ref and I even requested a different ref after our first game Sunday -- which was denied by DJ. No-one wants poor officiating to be a factor in a game, much less the championship. It is what it is though. In the end, its just a recreational flag football league.

As for your condescending remarks on anyone from B being able to post on the boards... shut the fuck up kid. "Bad" teams? Could you or the rest of your team come off more as cocky twats?

You just did it again! You keep going in circles. You say the better team won, the refs had nothing to do with it but then you always end with the officiating having a play in the game. Every single time. You just can't let it go! This is why the runner-ups in B should stay in B. Congrats to Pup N' Suds on being the best in your league.
