Good luck to all of the new and veteran teams this year. I think this will be the best season in the Omaha league thus far. Better fields and more teams means we are growing in the right direction and the league wants what is best for us. Where would you want to play: Heflinger, Levi Carter, or the other field that Wyatt told the captains about???

I vote no on Helflinger, that field was horrible. It slopped and not to mention the possibility of getting cancer playing under those electrical wires. Carter Lake was ok to play on back in the Run-N-Gun days. Where is the other option? I missed the meeting. How many teams are there?

I'm pretty sure Wyatt said somewhere in the mid 20's total but it may be more. We will all know for sure when the full schedule comes out this Sunday.

Right now we're sitting at about 25 teams. 9 competitive and 16 intermediate. Should be a good season. The other field we were looking at is Swanson Park. We just got an interesting offer on a field out west we need to check out and the city just gave us a few other interesting field set ups. So we'll see. Like I said though, we should have that info ready for everyone by Thursday.

Where are we playing??? I feel like a kid on christmas!
